Review for Model - KAFF - KGM-60
I want to share my horrendous experience so that no one else has to experience what I had- After buying a high end cooking range - KAFF - KGM - 60 for Rs 51000/- from MGF - Saket Mall.
In two weeks & of 3rd use of oven - the complete front mirror looking glass shatters & small pieces of glass scattered in my whole kitchen. I was baking at only 190 degree for 20 min.
I fail to understand how a brand of this repute a) can make such faulty machines b) over & above don’t have machines to replace in stock. Or give solution. May be due to COVID they are trying to sell random, faulty, refurbished machine & trying to make some money? Else how can such a big company with such a big showroom have no stock or replacement. Or why are they not banning from selling such faulty products
