Hi, my Kaff hob which is 2 years old suddenly exploded while making chapaatis, the glass exploded and the shards flew in all directions. The technician visited and said I would have to pay 7000 for the glass top to be changed. When I called the local Kaff number to understand how can they charge me for something that cannot happen in first place, he was unsympathetic, unapologetic and downright ridiculous. This is a serious concern since the cook top glass exploding and causing injury to us is being taken so lightly by Kaff. When you make a product which is to be used regularly in the kitchen the safety standards of the product cannot be this poor, I am appalled at the lack of understanding or ownership on Kaff’s part! Terrible customer service!
