Registered a complaint on July 15 th for burner replacement. It is in warranty period. When I called, the customer service didn’t pick up the phone. Then they told me to contact a Tvm servicemanger.. Called him several times..didn’t pick up the phone and didn’t call me back. Even after a month, my problem hasn’t been solved. Very worst experience I have ever faced
