Bought Kaff Hobb and chimney and within 8 monts of purchase the hob were damaged after multiple service request and follow up about it, they came now and it said its not under warranty and we need to pay for the damaged product which is not acceptable as it was under warranty when issue was raised they took in addressing the issue and we need to pay for it. after spending 46K for Stove and chiminey the product should last at for few years, shouldn’t be damaged in few months. Don’t ever buy products of KAFF.
