I had purchased one Kaff hob HBR 60BR4 in April, 16 and the same was installed in May, 16. While using the same we have observed the following problems:
The fuel consumption is much more than the conventional cook top.
Time taken in cooking is significantly more than the conventional one.
Even when the Gas cylinder is full, the burners sometimes give yellow red flames and blacken the pans.
The burners do not distribute the flames property thus heating the handles of cookers, ladels, taxation etc. which we were not experiencing with the conventional cook top.
We had complained to the service centre and service personnel have visited but are unable to satisfy the house ladies who are not happy with the performance of the hob.
There appears to be a design defect in this model.
