Got this Hob in May 2020 and and in July 2020 the knob went bad and raised a complaint with Cust care complaint- 200725318 and the issue is not resolved since 3 months and counting.
They talk cheesy only till their product is sold, After sales services is ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. No Proper and skilled technicians are appointed to take up the job properly.
They replace the faulty spares which is either used or refurbished and not with the new ones.
Managers Technicians Custcare are horrific in terms of reasons they provide to their customers. They just dont want to take responsibility of their jobs and just want to push it to others.
Dinesh Claims to be a manager - Did not pick the call despite calling him for 28 times to check the status of the complaint.
Ramesh Claims to be manager for spares gives the refurbished or used spares as a replacement of a faulty spare.
Very very low standards of Kaff. Not sure if HRs were drunk when recruiting these people who just play a blame game on others within their own company.
The Hob is not in use since then.
Highly disappointed and will surely pull them to consumer court if the problem is not resolved.
