I purchased 4 burner hob on 14/06/2020 from Home Town. They delivered product on 15/06/2020. I waited for 2 days for someone to come and install. No one contact me and when I tried to reach them, no one pick the call in support office. Then I decided to install by myself and open the box. After opening found one burner plate is missing. I am chasing them from last 10 days, but not getting response from anyone. Now they came up asking for extra charge, then they will provide the missing plate. To get some extra money they have decided to do so. First they will miss the item in the box, then they will ask for extra money. Worst support team from both KAFF and Home Town.
