I have purchased kaff gas stove & call the customer care for installation on IGL gas pipe line , initially the said the installation charges only 250/-
Installation done - changed all the 3 burners which are suitable for IGL gas pipe line & demand Rs 750/- for that , I don’t understand this , After enaugh discussion with customer care & refuse to give this money than they negotiate the amount to 350/- and the LPG burners to take back,
I am totally unsatisfied with customer care.
Pls discuss all these things before buying Kaff products
