There were days when this serial started I used to be glued to the idiot box waiting to see what was going to happen next, as Kyunki had lost the hold on me.
It went on and on and on...
How can these characters never lead a normal life, always something happening which complicates life to an extent where I suppose even the director gets confused as to who is doing what role.
It is a never-ending soap. Even if just a single episode is seen once month the person can definitely understand as to what is happening in this serial. It is another serial where women are shown in a shoddy manner. Either a woman is very good or very bad; there are no grey areas at all unlike in real life. The women keep changing their basic characteristics, very inconsistent, take for example Pallavi, first she is shown to be a bad woman, then good and again bad, seems like the serial maker cannot decide, same with Avantika.
The men of this serial are all spineless and lack professionalism. The father in law or the head of the family seems always inconsistent, does not know when to believe his own sons, or daughters in law. People like that in real life are never respected. What values do serials like these teach the youngsters.
Watching this everybody thinks life is like this...and behave the same way...It is only money making for the makers of the serial and nothing to learn from...
The actressess in this serial are looking uglier day by day, dont know why? Parvathi used to be very good looking when this serial started, same with Avantika...
