There is family in this world which has a story like this. In this family there is a bahu(Parvathi) who lives only for her family. She has remedy for everything from cough and cold to rape case. The men of the family have no brains and cry more then the women. They talk about good deeds and other things all the time no matter what they do.
Every son had an affair and still they continue to talk about family values. The old people never die even if their sons are long gone.Then of course there are the bad women who have no other business but plot against the good ones(Pallavi).
The story started of with a nice joint family .It was a delight to watch until charaters started increasing and you start losing the count.Finally u forget who is who’s husband or son.people keep coming and going just like that.Relatives are suddenly born just to stretch the serial like a chewing gum.
The men of the family have no business knowledge and never understand whats going wrong in the business.Atleast not until their bankrupt.Then of course Parvathi helps them out.
Then it makes the 20 year leap.The good bahu’s so called good daughter(Shruthi)can do anything for her love.She can cheat on them.God knows why she was not taught all the family values.She gets her parents on their knees for her love whom she hardly knows. She talks very rudely to her mom which I think is not a family value.
The bad women always has sons to marry the good Bahu’s daughter. Pallavi spends all her life in making Agarwal Khadhan’s like hell. She wants her son Krishna back though she not actually his mother.
Any damn gal comes and tells she is their granddaughter, they accept her not even finding out about her.
Then there is the biggest flaw. Plastic surgery is done on Parvathi. She not only changes in looks but also in figure, voice, hieght. Then it turns out that she is not Parvathi but some other lady sent by Parvathi. ’’Now is this what the Good Bahu does’’. Even the bad one wont do this.
Om who is the best husband never realises his wife has changed. Parvathi makes her entry as Swathi Dixit god knows why. This way the story continues without any sensible plot.
Its a serial with no ending and no sense. Why it is named Kahani ghar ghar ki?
God knows. Maybe Ekta Kapoor’s ghar ki Kahani aisi hi hai.
Its high time the serial ended.
