Sujal, as Rajiv is known today even after leaving Kahin toh hoga has earned immense popularity.Gone r those days when only filmstars had fan following.Today television stars have have gained d same popularity.Rajiv being ranked one of them.The sweet, hansome n dashing lead star of Kahin Toh Hoga-Sujal was the youth icon when Kahin toh hoga was on the top with the on-screen romance of Sujal n Kashish.After Sujal went it became not so popular from popular.But now after Sujal not Rajiv came as Tushar it has started making its way in the crowd among the popular soaps of television.

The former "Kahiin To Hoga" star, popularly known as Sujal after the character he played, comes across as a surprisingly realistic and modest man.
"I don’t know why I’m considered highhanded. Those who know me don’t despise me. Probably these rumours have to do with the insecurities of the rumour mongers. They’ve nothing to do with me. I don’t care about such allegations, " he said.

This TV superstar says he also enjoys doing live shows. It is very humbling. When HE went to Guwahati for a show, a 60-year old lady was screaming ’Sujal’ and she held a hand-stitched pullover with Sujal written on it. He asked her how she knew she’d one day run into me, and she said she just knew.
He’s surprisingly honest about his rift with Ekta Kapoor.
They both know what happened. It was a mutual decision for him to move on. Her ideas on how to play Sujal didn’t jell with him. The actor within him couldn’t agree with the way she wanted the role to be played.
He could’ve worked with Balaji Telefilms for 10 more years. They could’ve slashed his price, and he wouldn’t have cared. But the liberties being taken with logistics in his characterisation were unbearable for him.

’She’s born on July 16. I am born on Oct 16. I guess the common birth date could’ve something to do with our compatibility, ’ Rajiv said. Incidentally, the episode was telecasted on June 16.Amna selected the box which had no.16 written on it.
’I recorded an episode of the game show with Aamna because it was the channel’s special request. Everyone thought if there was one guest I must have on the show, it is Aamna (the two were a hit pair in the soap ’Kahiin To Hoga’). So I went the whole hog.
’I did flirt with her outrageously. But I also screamed at Aamna because she just wouldn’t let me talk. I am so warm and comfortable with her that I can flirt with her even when her mother is around, ’ said Rajiv.
That’s exactly what he did on the game show. He flirted till it hurt. He cracked jokes, stared meaningfully at her and offered himself to Aamna as part of the deal.
’I could do all this in front of Aamna’s mom because her mom knows my intentions are noble. In fact, when her mother was wheeled in it was a wonderful moment of surprise for me. I had no idea she was coming.’
