They are the worst packers & movers we have encountered. We have hired packers and movers twice before but this was the worst experience. They literally threw our stuff in the cartons before sending them away.
Since all this was at the 9th hour we had no alternative but to go with them. They took 70 % as advance with 8000 as insurance cost. The luggage came 12 days later to Bangalore and more than one item was broken beyond repair. They damaged all our big items including our almirah, our tv cabinet and our fridge.
Many of our crockery items were broken, including some mementos we had collected during our travel to US, UK & Ladakh. When we called to complain, they first fought with us and then said that they would send somebody. It has been over a week but no one has come as yet.
This after charging us 8k for insurance. I would strongly recommend not to go with these packers and movers if you want to see your items in one piece.
