I am from Hyderabad and my kids have recently joined a college in Pune. I had come to visit them and wanted to make small purchases. For this purpose, I had to go to Kakade Mall, which is opposite Dorabjee.
After shopping, I was sitting in the basement area to complete some important work on my laptop. Suddenly, a deranged woman came upon me an very rudely said that I could not surf the Internet in the mall, which I was NOT. I repeat, I was NOT surfing just writing in a word doc.
When, I informed her I was not, she continued to speak in a very insulting manner pointing to the receiver of the wireless mouse that’then what is this?’. I was a bit perturbed that she did not believe me. I just showed her the mouse and said that "Hello! Pls. see what it is first." For which she further talked rudely saying that’she was the’owner of kakade mall" and she can get me kicked out from there.
Wow! An owner talking to a customer who had blown over 10 grands shopping in her very disorganised mall!
May the real owners take notice of this! Some deranged woman is going around mucking up your PR. I have a suspicion, she may be from competitor mall and wants to spoil your reputation.
Coz am sure, if she really would be the owner, she wud have been elegant and dignified and wud have operated in a mature and respectful manner towards even the smallest of small customer
