Hello there folks the Slayer signs in once again. well I have been far away from civilization the past few months and the first thing I do on hitting terra firma is to see the latest shah rukh khan flick. Here is what I think of the movie:
(Bear in mind my entertainment deprived life, basically that I was in a phase vulnerable to slick pics and was a couple of drinks down)
Like I said earlier it truly is a very well made movie with a very peculiar and should I say ’’ different’’ story line. Preity Zinta is looking gorgeous and has given an absolutely smashing performance. Saif has really never looked back after Dil Chahta Hai he has done an excellent job and also has a major hand in the movie becoming the success it has.
Shahrukh was the crowd puller initially and hordes of his fans charged the movie halls with sheer glee but I must say the guy is beginning to look his age and jeeeeezaaaasss the same old screwed up contorted face- emotions just didn’t ring true. SRK would be advised to tone it down a wee lil bit. He was pretty good otherwise. For all those fans of Lilette Dubey my condolences, the ravishing lass is totally wasted in the role it seems to be an allowance to the frontbenchers in the hall some really stupid bimbette comedy. But overall the movie is rather nice you leave the hall with a slight smile playing on your lips and well, good old Preity’s face pops right into your thoughts. Go ahead one and all forgive Shahrukh his overacting and enjoy this flick. Am sorry if my writing seems a little incoherent, I’ve been out of practice you see.
