I’m always up for another Shah Rukh movie, and I knew before I saw this movie, that it would be total entertainment. The promos for ’’Mahi Ve’’ and ’’Pretty Woman’’ were very catchy and colorful, and who can resist Preity Zinta’s charm? I took one of my American friend’s to this movie and I think she was laughing so loud at some parts, that people in the next town were covering their ears. =) This movie was really good and then some.
Not only did it have lots of humor, but there were those ’’Aaahhh’’ moments too, like when Shah Rukh Khan was watching Preity and her family pray near the beginning of the movie and when Preity and Saif were having a meal and she tells Saif she loves Shah Rukh. The look on Saif’s face made u go ’’Aaahh.’’ =)
I loved the chemistry between the 3 main leads. I’m so happy Saif is coming into his own and has been on the rise with all of his movies as of late. Preity is always a delight on screen and Shah Rukh is...well, what can you say about Shah Rukh that hasn’t already been said? =) I loved the ’’gay’’ storyline, too. The dialogues are witty in this movie, the music is catchy, and I was fully enthralled in the story. This movie is a definite must see.
