We purchased dress from different stores of Kalanikethan Wedding mall in Chennai and Hyderabad. I have good feedback for other stores except the Kalanikethan store in JNTU Hyderabad.
We had a bad experience in Kalanikethan Jntu. We planned to give 5-8 sarees as gifts to friends and thought of checking various collection. Obviously when you try to give them as gifts you would like check and try a couple.
The staff lady isn’t ready to show collections. Wouldn’t allow my wife to try few sarees. They gave us a look as if we have to buy the dress without even checking how they look.
The staff don’t even give value to customers or treat them with respect. They might need some customer relationship training.
I wouldn’t recommend this store(Kalanikethan hyd). Instead would prefer other stores.
