I had booked a seat in Kallada G4, AC Multi-Axle Volvo from Bangalore to Ernakulam. At the starting of the journey. I asked one of the staffs when the scheduled time of arrival of the bus was and his reply was that the bus will reach when it does and he can’t predict that! I clarified that that I wanted to know the scheduled arrival time and then he asked me to call at their office to know that.
This led to a dialogue between us and then I went back to my seat. After the bus travelled for about 20 kms, it broke-down. It stood there for the next 3.5 hours when they tried to fix it. They did not arrange for an alternative service, either. The bus finally reached its destination at 11 am(the scheduled arrival was 6.50am). This would be my last journey journey in Kallada G4. Worst service!
