I travelled on the 27th December 2017 from Chennai to Bangalore. While Booking I choose kalasipalayam as the dropping point. But without any notice they said madiwala is the final stop and stopped the bus. Totally new to Bangalore as a single Lady traveller didn’t know to handle the mess.
On The way back from banaglore by same Bus on 28th afternoon I had booked kalasipalayam as boarding point at 2pm.i was there by 1.55pm. They took me in a cab somewhere from 2pm to 3.40pm and boarded me somewhere on the middle of the road. The Bus was supposed to reach Chennai by 9.30pm. But it came only at 11.30pm. Because they had two vacant seats to be filled and that too at least for RS.700 per seat and for that they were roaming within Bangalore till 5.30pm. It is the worst and unreliable travel ever. I suggest people who go for work related issues must avoid this Bus.
