Ive had ok service with this travels, much better than KPN in customer service, I like it that they had bed sheets and light block curtains both inside the alley and for the windows to ensure good sleep. But on the 2nd and 4th of Dec, 2016, they cancelled their services with barely 4 hours notice. I had to scramble at the last minute to book tatkal train tickets which cost me a lot more.
Since they only refund 25% of the bus ticket charges, if the customer cancels within 4 hours, they should have a policy of compensating the customer if they cancel the bus within the last 4 hours.
