I had this horrible experience while travelling with my family. We boarded this Kallada Volvo on 26th Dec 2013 to Thrissur. First of all, when the bus reached Madiwala for boarding, to confirm the bus, asked the driver(Not sure seemed to be a tamilian) about the destination, the sick b*d replied " what the staff at office told you". In just a fraction of a moment told the cleaner "From where do these guys come". "Why do you disturb?".
I was surprised and the fellow passengers were witnesses. We just saw each other’s face in confusion. In fact that was the very bus bound for Thrissur. Can’t help. May Kallada travels land without business. This is not an isolated incident.
