I am a regular traveller and this time I was traveling from Chennai to Calicut. The staffs were rude and we were asked to change the bus. There were no proper seat allocation on the other bus. The driver said that the bus is returning to Chennai and we all need to board another vehicle. Is that the way the passengers are treated. Secondly the bus was delayed and reached Calicut only by 10am. What about the appointments taken by traveller for business or any emergency. We are not traveling for free at the bloody kallada owners cost. We are paying and travelling. The bus got delayed because it was waiting for someone near the toll plaza who missed the bus. Why should others suffer because of any irresponsible sole.
This should be the last time I use their services and never will I repeat suggesting the F service of Kallada travels.
