This is to bring to notice the unbelievably poor service I have received from Kallada travels. On February 16th I received a reply to my first email and was told that the refund will be transferred to my account at the earliest.
I cancelled my bus ticket on January 15th 2017 from Vellore to Ernakulam. The ticket was bought through the Kallada website by an online transaction.
I am most annoyed because its been almost three months and no action has been taken. Also, the customer care executives are either not reachable or very rude. I was a regular customer but now my impression about Kallada travels has been tarnished and I will make sure nobody I know books tickets via your website again.
I trust this is not the way Kallada travels wants to do business with its valued customers.
