With a number of view points Kalpetta gives the experience of trekking.Chempra peak of Kalpetta gives a marvellous experience to every trekkers.Chambra Peak is about 2100 m above the sea level and it is the highest peak in the Wayanad District. One can rest at the top of the peak where a lot of camps are organized for tourists.
Neelimala view point is another grace by Waynad. A place for adventure seekers, Neelimala View point can reach the top of Neekimala view point by trekking.The view of the valley from the top is very nice becouse we can see the Meenmutti Waterfalls from the top.
And the Heart shape Lake is the another attractive place of Kalpetta.There is a lake shped like heart at the peak.
I suggest everyone to choose Kalpetta if interested in trekking.
