Hello guys today Im going to talk abot kalptaru I have been there yesterday and I dont like it
Food and presentation - Food is ok ok but no presentation I think they dont want any presentation also there is self service
Ambience - haha sry for that no comments for that any more they want everything hide with clothes, curtaing etc
Customer service - Self service and with token servoce as well with no customers at all
Value of money - No guys plzzz if they are in civil lines dosent mean they can charge waht tgey want if you are buying a cake make sure to throw on your birthday guy or girl.
At last 1 star sorry but you have to work hard that what I said on managers face sorry they also dont have a manager and the guy replied me take it or leave. thats not business.
