I was with this company in the late 90s till for about 4 to 5 yrs. now am with a large mnc working as a lead consultant.
I got good technical exposure, large projects, tough deadlines, onsite exposure etc.
what I didn’t get in kals: as a starter, salary was mediocre, it was a growing company at that time, so no brand.
Of course I wouldnt hesitate to say that the experience in kals, has given me a good jump start. I was able to get the required salaries that I wanted in the MNC companies with the experience I got in kals. So no regrets as such.
