Purchased from Kochi last December. Unlike others, they don’t give subsidy, we purchased during Christmas offer, still price high!.
One time leakage noticed, but they came and rectified on the same day. Another time, one tube broken, they charged even under warranty which made annoying.
Generally they are better than others, as our neighbor has another brand and they never attend and that made us to buy this product, though it has higher cost.
Over all we are happy as the water is hot and therefore its okay to buy this only because it is better than others, specially in service!
