Horrible experience, wanted a 1gm gold coin, firstly they said it’s not festive season we don’t keep, then they said they will arrange it, meanwhile I had to buy light weight earing the guys there was not even interested to show, I did not get it, finally when I bought the coin and asked for a small plastic box, they said it’s not there rudely, I again asked to check if they have one, he answered very rudely that we don’t have. I told this is how you behave then I won’t come back here again and tell my friends same he said OK fine no problem. the manager was sitting next to him then I told him this. and he said i didn’t hear madam, apologies! ROFL, this just shows how pathetic their attitude is, stay away from this horrendous place!
