Well I wanted to share my experience and also needed some guidance.
Just wanted to book my first car today and I tried kalyani motors as this is nearest to my place. Once I entered the shop first thing I noticed that there is absolutely no one to attend to you. Anyway after requesting to the receptionist she agreed to give me the details.
Well what details she gave me is again countered by the next sales person. So at the end I had three diffrent quotes for the processing charges for loan(from the same bank! Can u beat that?), same is the case for accessories and finally not able to disclose the corp discount amount saying that it will be either 2-2.5k and not much. doesn’t matter:).(the agents must be earnin in laks to say like that, cause I dont think its a small amount)
Finally I left the place in a bitter mood as the agents did let me talk to the bank agents and the basis of processing fee /rate of interest is only verbal. no documents to support.
I dont know whether to go for Alto or not. This is a very distasteful experience I had. Any sugestions?
