Be it Kamat on Tumkur road NH4 , or the one on Mysore road , It is a total waste of Money and Time. The food Quality , Price and the service are not at all in synch. Its highly overpriced. Rs 18 for a cup of tea which is of size of bottle cap , The Idli’s there Dry while it costs 30Rs.
A simple breakfast for 2 will cost you more then a 150 Rs . AND , not to forget the service guys there will make you feel that you have come to the place where Food is given Free and they are doing a favour by throwing food at you while actually its pinching your pocket hard . TOTAL waste . Its a shame on KAMAT group which was once ( 1995 - 2005 ) a Good hotel.
