On one fine Tuesday evening at about 9:25 p.m. I switched on the TV set and started scanning the channels, I suddenly stopped at STAR PLUS. On the screen were some six seven people standing and a lady who goes by the name of ‘Neena Gupta standing at the center. Initially I just could not follow what these people were doing. Neenaji was asking questions and the participants replying, some correctly and some…………… you know those duffer types!! I liked the concept but what was to follow I was not known to that. As the round ended, our show hostess said something like “vote shuru karen……………Kamzor kadi kaun”. Now I started to understand that what it was all about, but no, a big surprise was to follow……………………………..
At the end of voting all the participants started declaring who they felt was a weak kadi and why they felt so. And ab dekho tamasha………….the person who had replied all the questions asked and had accumulated maximum winning amount, had been voted to leave the show by putting a stamp of kkk on him and his prospects. And the biggest joke was that he was ousted by those who themselves were – a cycle tyre fitted in a MERC. These just good for nothing persons joined hands to show the leader the door. Now everything became crystal clear to me. It was not a game show but a training camp of our future netas, mantri’s, PM’s and Presidents. The subject taught here is ‘How to play dirty with others, in short POLITICS’. Now let us analyze this crash course material:
LESSON 1: - Question/answer session
REASON: - for election purpose as to answer the queries of the voters during campaigning if the voter is fool enough to ask.
LESSON 2: - VOTING
REASON: - how to react in the event of casting your vote. But an additional feature of bogus voting, booth capturing is not included at present in the curriculum.
LESSON 3: - Declaring the person who they feel is KK
REASON: - a practical training session for taking part in a no – confidence motion. The usual mud slinging exercise, which a politician should know.
LESSON 4: -Getting ousted
REASON: - to taste how it feels when money and manpower bring a good government down.
LESSON 5: -The runner – up
REASON: - the person who joins the conspiracy with the real snatcher of power and brings down not only the government but his/her hopes too. Only such fools are responsible for defeating a no – confidence motion.
LESSON 6: - The winner
REASON: - the final person fit for being a mantri or PM. So the winner is nothing but a dirty joker…. oops!! The real politician. After all he/she should know how to take the entire money home for which others have worked like we all pseudo – Indians who pay taxes etc. for all the aish of the netas.
So all the aspirants of power keep watching kkk and enrol yourself for a bright and a prospective career. By the way a word of advice to STAR is that kindly change the name of your series to Mazboot Kadi Kaun?
