I Purchased Kanchan Trendy mixer grinder it in the month of Oct’ 2007 from LuLu Cnetre Dubai and it stopped working in the month of Feb’ 2008. Just after four months of purchase.
So I took it to the dealer(LuLu Centre, Dubai) from where I purchased. They said they will send it to the comapny and I can collect the replacemnt unit after one week. When I went after one week they just returned me the same old unit after the repair. When I insisted to get it repalced as it was carrying one year gaurantee. This is what I was told while purchasing and also It was clearly printed on the box "One year Gaurntee - stainlees steel jars - Mixer grinder". They said company is not ready to repalce it. And they advised to call company for the same.
When I called the company thy are not ready to replace it. They offered me to repair it. When I asked them why then one year gaurntee is printed on the box. They replied foolishly that it is by mistake.
