Very bad Customer Service was observed from the online portal https://kanjivaramsilks.com.
I had made an order on 23rd of March and they had told they would take 5-7 days to ship it to the addresses.
I was waiting for the delivery because I expected it to be quick and atleast some change in the portal. But was still pending even on 28th. I initiated a whats app conversation with the customer care
The day the booking happenned
23 March, 24 March, 25 March, 26 March, 27 March, 28 March
even on 28th no reply or change of status from pending
Out of which 25th march was good friday and 27th sunday. But they dont tell us 5 working days for shipping, when we order they just days 5 days for shipment. But atleast some status change to see that the order is processing should be given.
Any customer will feel why is it even after 3-4 days that the order is inPending when the aishwaryasingh23ment is successful
More than they doing the shipment, its the way the person behaved was for my dismay. I felt it was not fair.
his one of the statement was "When you place order online, you need to trust us . we have customers ordering bulk orders because they trust us "
The first day when I talked to them they were very courteous but when I asked on updates they were never great experience with them. His immediate thing was, ok I dont want to have this order, we will have the refund done. and he initiated a refund. After 5 days of waiting the thing was done was refund. WA conversation untouched is put below.
