Kanyakumari - An eye catching spot

Kanyakumari is the southern most end of Tamilnadu which is surrounded by Indian ocean, Bay of bengal and Arabian sea also known an’Thiriveni sangamam’. Kanyakumari is well connected by roads(NH 7), train and air from all over India, nearest airport is Thiruvanandapuram and Tuticorin.

Sight seeing places in Kanyakumari includes Vivekananda rock, Thiruvalluvar Statue, Gandhi mandapam and Bagavathiamman temple. The most distinctive spot is Thiruvalluvar rock which is a mind blowing place, we feel peace to our mind over there. We have to reach there by ferry. We can find the different colours of sea water of three oceans there. Near to rock is the Thiruvalluvar statue (universal poet). Gandhi mandapam gives you a peaceful experience to remember our father of nation. Bagavathiamman temple is one of the unique temples of our country its entrance door is facing the sea. For accomodation we can find more hotels from high standard to medium budget and the costs are also reasonable.

We can find police and guards everywhere for tourist safety during vacations and holidays we should take care of our things and children because crowd will be more. Also we should follow the parking rules instructed by the police department to avoid traffic jam.

I am highly recommending this place for your visit during holidays.
