I went to Karachi Bakery Madhapur store yesterday - March 04, 2014 and was insulted for raising a complaint.
I parked my car along with two wheeler parking and security guard employed by Karachi Bakery shouted at this and asked me to remove the car. I asked him to speak politely on which he just arrogantly asked me to remove my car.
I told him I would first complain to your store manager. To my surprise when I went inside the store, the manager - MR. SUNIL WITHOUT LISTENING TO ME JUST VERY RUDELY AND ARROGANTLY TOLD ME TO TO REMOVE MY CAR OR ELSE HE WOULD NOT PROCESS MY BILL AND SHALL NOT ALLOW ME TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THE STORE.
I was amazed at this attitude of his. When I confronted him, he said we have thousands of customers like you and dont care if you walk out without buying anything.
Guys this is what KARACHI BAKERY’s popularity at Hyderabad has done to its employees. They have forgotten it is customers like us who patronize their product, is the main reason for their success.
BUT SUCCESS HAS GONE IN THEIR HEADS and THEY INSULT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS!
Not acceptable.
