I have visited the store a few times after it opened recently. There is an increase in the level of arrogance of the staff and Manager which is easily visible when compared from the beginning. My bad experience is with timings of the store which are not displayed.
I recently happened to be at the store around 9.45 p.m. and was denied entry by the security staff who doesn’t even know how to talk decently. I asked them that I want to verify timings with the Manager since I was told it was 10 p.m. few weeks back by one of the store supervisor, Manager spoke to me and said it is 9.50 p.m.
So basically there is no consistency in what they talk and how they run the business. I think it is a typical Desi style of doing business. LOL.
