I purchased a Karbonn A1+ smart phone (IMEI no. 911123201137781) on 30.10.12 from Intouch care, CR Park, New Delhi. I found that the battery was getting drained very fast and it took hours to charge even when there was no usage and the phone was kept in idle mode. Eg., I kept the phone for 2 hrs when it showed 66% power and after 2 hrs of charging still it showed 67% power. Just 1% charged in 2hrs. I highlighted this issue to the Karbon customer care on 31.10.12 and waited for 10 days. No response.
Not even an acknowledgment !
I re-sent the application again to these guys and am still waiting, no response yet. This is the worst ever experience of a "after sales service" of any company in my life. In todays day and age when companies go an extra mile to listen to customers, it seems so weird that karbonn chooses not to even respond to mails. Companies like these bring bad name to India and Indian companies in general. I guess it would be better if Karbonn stops sponsoring cricket matches and focuses more on its product development and training of staff.
