I bought this mobile for my wife 6 months ago. With the 1st use, the problems started. GPRS Edge never connects.. Suddenly screen freezes... Contacts disappear and SMS not displayed...
The worst part..service centre guys don’t know what to do. So went for service 6 times, never corrected
i requested for replacement...till now no answer. ’m planning to go to consumer court. Worst mobile ever.
My friends have similar problems with karbonn tabs and mobiles. The company literally sucks..
Never buy any karbonn product..
