KARBONN A10 my younger brother’s first phone.He had a bad experience with it.None of the features of this phone were good.Neither the sound quality nor the Camera features of this phone.Battery backup was also not good.The set was not easy for him to use.He was fed up with this phone.Within one month he had battery problem and when he tried contacting the CUSTOMER CARE, their response was not upto the mark.
