Hi all, I purchased this mobile on October2012 from Amanora, Pune, after 3months only FM Radio suddenly stopped working, and sometimes if you try to capture Camera, it will show message unfortunately Camera stopped working.
As it was in warranty period I went to Karbonn Service center situated at Nanasaheb Pasalkar Bhavan, Opposite Sspms School, Court Road, Shivaji Nagar, The pathetic service center, they will never pick up call, they checked the phone and given receipt to me, just told some software issue, after 3 days continue contact on mentioned number, when I didn’t find any reply, I went to service center , then they told speaker problem , so we need to send it to Noida, and it will take at least 1 month. The main service provider engineer name is Ganesh , checked and given me this update .
I just taken my phone back, and I decided to never go for this brand and decided to write feed back here. The phone is still with me, but because of his dull voice quality , pathetic service center service, I didnt even given it to service center.
