I was purchased this Mobile in 2013 and overall the performance is good, in starting I face problem of Hang hang many times.
After the software upgrade in the service station of Karbonn mobile performs well, but having issue of battery backup and the same issue since long but no remedy or any upgradation from company end, and no availability of battery in local market too.
Bad experience for Battery Backup hence I decide to buy new mobile from reputed company like samsung, Motorola, sony etc.Screen Damaged 2 times. Screen not found in Nepal. Karbonn Klinik in New Road, KTM changed bad other model’s screen woking for 3 months only.Immediately screen off and not opened due to hardware problem, Parts, Batteries not Found in Neapl, KTM. Cheater company.
I am using A9+ but is getting hang up. Battery back up poor. Another battery purchased from authorised service centre is damaged. Request to authorised service centre for another battery on payment is not replied.THIS COMPANY IS NOT RELIABLE. THEY HAVE NO GOODWILL.
