Dear I purchased the karbonn a21 last month. as the tv commercial said they are giving unlimited 2g data and 500 mb 3g data with airtel. I got the data for the first month on my airtel mobile number . in the second month my internet was not working. I tried to recharge but it was not done. I went to service center of karbonn and airtel both. both are blaming each other. I post mail to airtel and karbonn but no one is responding.
Now who is the liable of this poor service that I am not getting the data for rest 5 months.
