Request to all never buy Karbonn. I had not used Micromax but should be more or less same like Karbonn. My Karbonn A21 was not working & you won’t believe the amount of problem I had faced. I called up their support & no one picked up the phone as expected. Dropped a mail to support & someone replied with service center name & phone nos.
Out of that 80% phone nos does not work as usual. One no worked & they told it’s a Micromax service center (hence I commented on Micromax before) but the same owner has another division who services Karbonn. Can you believe Karbonn support team is giving Micromax service no? Isn’t it ridiculous but that’s what you expect from these so called Indian fraud companies.
After giving the phone for repair to service center they told to collect it after 2 days. More than a week passed but whenever I call him they every time tell they need another 2 days. Not sure I’ll get my phone back or not.
I had made a mistake by buying this phone.
Before buying I thought I am the smartest guy because whatever branded companies like Samsung, etc offers I got the same feature in 1/3 rd rate but I was the biggest fool. These companies are making fools to guys & once you fall in their trap you will never buy this phones again that much I can give guarantee. Their target is for one time customers only & they absolutely don’t have any kind of service support.
Learning from my side. Branded phones are branded phones & hence they are pricey. Nothing comes for free & investing on Karbonn I am the biggest fool. So please thinks 10 times before buying these so called cheat phones.
