First problem I got with mic. I mean the speaking mic. Listeners always started complaining some disturbance noise is coming in back ground. I went to servicing and it is done.
After few days the same problem started along with some other problems like unable to download data even though lot of storage is available and also some small problems like charge point not working, battery is getting low very fast. I’ve mailed Karbonn people they always suggest us to go the service centre. I went servicing shop nearly 4 to 5 times till now. In busy schedule to mange office and this stupid work to always travel 20 km to service shop really a hell.Hence I want to suggest you Pl, pls pls dont buy this Mobile anyone and don’t face problems like me. I am begging and requesting them to pay back the amount to me as I lost confidence on their products.
Please whoever is reading this never ever purchase product of this company. Its a pathetic phone I have ever used.There is not one issue but there are thousands. From the voice to battery and from memory to softwares not getting installed due to memory is insufficient. Even pathetic customer service.
