I thought that Karbonn is good brand and my friend also suggested me to purchase this smartphone but it’s my biggest mistake that I purchased this phone and now I am not using this phone because it is not working now.
What happened is that, I purchased this phone from my nearby authorised dealer of Karbonn when I opened the product the phone was brand new and look was amazing. I thought that it will work fine. But after using few months I found that it’s touch is not working properly , also I am getting network problem that whenever I put any SIM card in this phone sometimes it unables to read the SIM card.
This phone does not have proper specification at this price. And the resolution of screen is very low.
I also contacted customer care but the phone number given on box is not working then, I searched for contact number on internet and after many attempts they picked up my call and after listening to my query they told me to hold the call and then doesn’t back on call. I e-mailed them and they promised to send their representative but after waiting many days no one came. I found using this phone difficult and my experience with Karbonn is very bad. I would suggest not to purchase this phone. Even it’s battery backup is very weak. Sometimes the charge percentage reduces graually from 50% to 15% even in half an hour. This is a budget phone but very cheap quality phone, not looks like brand.
