Within 3 months of the purchase, we had a display issue in the Karbonn A5S. It had been given for service on Oct 25th, since then they only give false promises, once they say waiting for part, then they say received part will be delivered in two days.
And after a week if I call, they say they have ordered for part. They are very constant whenever you call, before Wednesday they will say that Friday, if it is after Wednesday, then it will be next week.
I am never had such kind of issues with other mobile support, this is my first Karbonn phone, hopefully this has to be my last.
