I bought the phone for my dad in july 2009. within a year the key was not working. so I gave it to the service centre of karbonn. But they kept the mobile idle for one month and gave it back in same condition. Very bad experience with the shop which sold it(Sri vasavi mobiles, chromepet) and the service centre(at Sanatorium tambaram). I think these mobiles are sold for use and throw. so this company and these service people doesn’t care much. My kind advice is not to buy these type of local brand mobiles. Think thousand times before you buy a mobile.
