This is Lalit Chandra I had submitted Titanium S5 for repairing on 03-07-2013 job sheet no is KJASPMH364713K933 and after 15 days I was given my phone stating that mother board was replaced. after that I noticed that there was touch screen problem.
I visited your service centre again and I was informed that that touch screen needs to be changed and it will take 7 to 10 days the job sheet no KJASPMH364713K1464 ON 22-07-2013.
can you please let me know that if in three months the phone motherboard is replaced and touch screen also needs to be replaced it really questions the quality of product.
I request you please issue me a entire replacement of phone as it causing me lot of problems and I cannot submit my phone as I don’t have an alternate.
Please I request you to resolve my matter.
