Karbonn’s product is of very sub standard quality. I would advice everyone who is looking out for Karbonn mobiles to think twice before purchasing the product. Please don’t go with the deceptions of hyped up adds and high product feature which doesn’t perform as per specification, e.g., high speed processor 1.2 Ghz. In my case 3G internet is very very slow irrespective of telecom service providers. I never see any speed or fastness in processing, rather the mobiles gets heated up when used and battery gets drained very soon.
Within three days of purchase I found that the screen vibrates/flickers/shakes heavily when you run an application and stops only after switched off. But soon after restart, vibration resumes after awhile. Factory resetting have no effect.
The phone is not worth for its price as it does not deliver as it/company promises, all the features are sub standard - 8 mp camera is as good as 5 mp camera of Samsung, dual GSM Sim is as good as mono Sim as Sim 2 is useless as 3G, GPRS, WAP, internet is applicable to Sim 1 only. These are my findings within 3 days of the use of phone, other flaws will also be discovered soon and will be updated and shared on-line.
Went to the service center, the experience was pathetic, it was overcrowded with disgruntled customers, the the service personals were very rude with the customers. After waiting for hours together finally they registered my complaint and told to come after 3 days, after collecting the phone I found that the problem still persisted, so I visited again but this time I was told that my handset’s IMEI number is not registered under warranty, so strange it was just 3 weeks after I purchased the phone!
