Pathetic Product

I bought KARBONN Blade product to gift to my wife almost 1 year back and I am writing this review after the worst experience. I have had with this company and the product, no after sales service, degraded product and top of all no customer service and support, out of these 12 months for 4 months it has been with the service centre getting repaired for not charging or for other malfunctions.


It has stopped working again now. Sick and tired and just don’t want to pain myself more now on this product. I am surely going to fire a consumer case on to these guys for the pathetic service and the fool they make out of the customers.
