The service center fellows are lazy and irresponsible. they replaced my tab for touch touch screen problem by giving me tab which has charging problem(poor Battery)
If you are purchasing any Karbonn tab, please be double careful. It connection point is very weak and loose. It is difficult to connect charger and other attachement. Most importantly no one knows who takes care of such problems.
Avoid purchasing Karbon Tab. I have purchase this a year back A34 HD karbonn smart but it is getting charged occassinally since the connection inside is very loose.
The service is pathetic, service centre took 2 months for just an update for dongle support, other than that after 1.5 years touch screen not responsive from some areas.
really it is very bad tab I m using it from past 4 months its HDMI cable is not working Ethernet, slow charging nd many other problems.
First Karbonn has to service their service centers and their own customer care number. Useless product& Useless service. Those who see this message, pl never ever think of buying KARBONN products.
